WEGMANS!!! Now THAT's an awesome place! When I moved north - I missed kroger, then I found a Wegmans! When we moved back down south I thought I was going to cry when I realized that I'd have to settle for Kroger again! Whenever I go home I always hit Wegmans, just to be reminded what an amazing grocery store is. My mom thinks I'm nuts, but she just doesn't understand because she can go to Wegmans anyday! Me? I'm stuck dreaming of REAL proscuitto, too many cheeses to name, a real variety of meat and sausage, veggies the likes of which are only found at farmer's markets here - if you're lucky...... <sigh> it's like heaven!

Unfortunately, the furthest south they are is Fredericksburg, VA. Here's hoping they realize there's a whole untapped market down here!

My complaint is even sillier. I always say thank you to everyone. I hate it when service staff say "It's okay" or "Yep" instead of "You're welcome".

ETA: I see I'm not the only one!
