Is SAB at YC undergoing refurbishment?

Hi all, been away from the boards for a while, but I think I remember something a little while back about them closing SAB this fall.

I've got a chance for a really good rate at YC, but will stay at GF or CR if SAB is closed.

Anybody know for sure?

they do close it from time to time for refurbishing - and of course, it's in the off season - I would definitely call and check on that - we had booked BC again for our second trip to Disney in 99' and when we found out SAB was closed (we were notified by mail) we cancelled and stayed at the Boardwalk. Beach Club is our favorite though

Was there yesterday, no work currently being done on the pool. Looks great. There is some scaffolding around a small part of the hotel though.
