Is Remy still at Chefs de France?

Currently it's:

Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm

He does not double back, so if you're not at your table when he comes through you're out of luck.

He was originally scheduled to depart a year ago.

We loved seeing Remy last October (and can't wait to see him at Disneyland Paris - I was surprised to find out he's there as well!).

I think my family's favorite was the braised short ribs and onion soup (it was my favorite at least!). All of the desserts were also really good.

Me too! We had hoped to see him last December but one of us got sick and had to cancel ADR's at Chefs because of it. So we missed out! Our DS loves, loves, loves the movie and would love to see Remy. April can't come fast enough!

Remy is a highly sophisticated audio animatronic figure. As such there are times when he might be having mechanical problems and won't be appearing. I would not mention him to your children if you think they would be extremely disappointed if he doesn't make an appearance. Better to be a happy surprise.

If you want to see Remy, plan on making a reservation no later than 30 minutes before the planned start of his rounds. If you are not seated when he comes to your table, he will not double back. When Remy was visiting our table, there was a group being seated at a nearby table. By the time they had settled in, Remy had moved on to the next row of tables. He did not come back and they had to see him from afar.

I made reservations to see him in January, so I hope he's still there! But I'm not going to tell my girls just in case. They will be so excited if they do get to see him!

2nd this completely..It is not like a regular character meal, he rolls thru does a little show and moves on. He also may not appear if there is a mechanical problem.I have seen some pretty upset people because of this.Best to not mention it

I was in the restaurant once when Remy broke down during his circuit and had to be removed from the floor for repairs, so only half the restaurant got to interact with him.

The CM making our ressie reccommended that too, so we have a 4:50 seating. Hopefully he'll be around in mid-October!

Thanks for posting Remy's schedule, I changed from a 1:30 to a 1:00 lunch, since I'd be afraid of missing the 1:40 "show" if I kept the 1:30.

We love Chefs. My DS & I always get the escargots & duck. My DH & DS's GF like the chicken & filet for entrees. My DH also likes the onion soup for his appy. The cheese plate is pretty good too. For dessert I like the creme brulee, crispy cake, & crepes. It just depends on what I'm in the mood for. My DH & I usually order 2 different desserts & share.

That's a heckuva commute. No wonder he wears out & breaks down occasionally.

I hope Remy is still there in December. We're dining there for Christmas Eve dinner!
I was just looking at the menu and my mouth is watering for:Noix de Saint Jacques et gambas sautees Flan d'epinards, sauce a l'oseille - Sauteed scallops and black tiger shrimp served with spinach flan and sorrel sauce.

This is our favorite restaurant, the food is so good and very close to authentic French cooking. Yummy!

We were there last week on August 18th and got to see Remy. Our reservation was at 5:20. The food was very good. I haad the French Onion Soup and the short ribs. Both were excellent. The profiteroles were also good for dessert. I would definitely eat there again.

Absolutely one of my FAVORITE places to eat while in WDW. Remy is also one of my favorite characters and I'd LOVE to see him. I won't be going on my usual WDW trip this year as I'm going to LA to see my son Hopefully next year Remy will still be appearing and I'll get to see him then.
