Is Rainforest in Animal Kingdom on the DDP in 2006?

Can someone confirm? Also can you make ADR at Rainforest?

I don't think the RFC are on the DDP.
For an ADR, you will need to join the RFC Safari Club. It has a one time fee. But you will get that back in coupons and discounts.
Unless things have changed, a Safari Club member can give at least 24 hours notice and make a guaranteed reservation.
Or, make no prior res and go to the check-in podium. Safari Club members have the front of the line for seating.

You don't need to be a member of the Safari Club to make an ADR at the Rainforest Cafe at the Animal Kingdom. The RC in Downtown Disney will not take ADR's. They are not on the DDP.

I made ressie at both locations by calling the restaurants directly and we do not have the Safari Club membership. Don't know about the DDP. When we were there in Jan 06 it was not. I have read mixed reports about whether it is or not for 2007.

I was not sure how correct my RFC ADR info was. I have never made ADRs at RFC. We just walk up and wait. With the Safari Cub that has worked well for us. There have been times at RFC in DTD the line just to get to the podium was ridiculously long. Those few times we just walked over to Capn' Jack's and got right in.

In March RFC in DTD did take ADRs, however, in July they did not. I don't know if it's a seasonal thing or if they changed. (I am not Safari Club Member)

I don't do DDP, but you do get a 10% discount with AP.
