Is Raglan Road Fully Open?

My wife and I just came back from Vegas where we found out (after arriving) that all bars are still closed there! We were very disappointed!

We now have a quick trip to WDW planned in early November and was wondering what the situation is like at the Restaurants and Bars in Disney Springs. We love sitting at the bar in Raglan Road and watching the dancers.

What can we expect to find in November?

We went to Raglan Road last week and had a marvelous time. Entertainment was fantastic, food was even better than I remembered. Everything was phenomenal. Fully open and ready to enjoy

You can sit at the bar. They have some stools removed and they are distanced. Just let them know at check-in you want to sit at the bar and they will have them set up for you. You can't just walk in and sit though.

I’m confused. How can they be “fully opened” but be distanced and having seating removed.
