Is PS a must at Bluezoo?

Do the resort restaurants leave some 'open' space in their schedule? We'd like to dine at Bluezoo one evening this weekend but don't which day or what time. Anyone have a feel for the chances of getting a table around 8:00-8:30?

Since you know what time you are looking to dine (and that time being very popular for dinner), I would say go ahead and make it. Since the place is new and has a celebrity chef, as well as a lot of "buzz", I'd say you are better off making one than not if you really wanted to dine there.
