I do believe it is typically included and if so would/should include the regular DDP.

In 2015 POR was excluded from the general public free dining offer for all check-in dates after October 2, and had very limited availability for dates from August 28-October 2.

We booked pool view in March for September and when the fd came out we just hit the modify button. Very convenient.

River Side is usually included but French Quarter is not.

In 2014 both Riverside and POFQ were excluded completely.

In 2015, Riverside was only included during Aug 28 - Oct 2nd... after that date it was excluded. POFQ was excluded completely.
