Is Pleakley a boy or a girl?

Please help me settle an ongoing battle between DH and I. DH says Pleakley is a girl since it's name is Wendy. I say it's so kind of weird cross dressing alien boy and Wendy is just short for a longer name.

I always thought it was a boy, and that Wendy was short for something. As far as the cross dressing.......I thought maybe that was an ode to the guy that voiced Pleakley, Kevin McDonald of the TV show The Kids in the Hall, all of whom often cross-dressed and played female characters.

Dunno really, had never really thought about it before.

Definitely a boy-- that's why it's so funny when he disguises himself as a girl to make Noni jealous in Stitch has a Glitch-- he's trying to help David out. He even did a girl voice with hair and makeup.

I have always wondered the same thing.. But if the characetr is male, what about the Lilo and Stitch (series) episode where he/she was Betrothed to another male and pleakly was female in this episode.???

We always assumed Pleakley was a boy but for some reason here on earth liked to dress as a girl - he also likes to do the cleaning and usually ends up "playing" Lilo's "Aunt" Plekley and Jumba is Lilo's Uncle Jumba to hide their alieness.

Pleakly is a boy, but his undercover disguise is as Lilo's Aunt. Jamba is disguised as her Uncle. However, Pleakly seems to really "enjoy" his role which is what is so funny!
