Is Pirate Night always night 3 on 4-night Dream cruises?

I just booked a cruise on the Dream and would like to try to get Palo or Remy on Pirate Night to avoid that menu and to get to experience each restaurant's regular menus once. It looks like it was on night 3 in the past for 4 night Dream cruises, is that still the case?

Generally, yes, it's night 3. But not always.

Our 4 night Dream cruise it was supposed to be night 3, but the Captain changed it to night 2 due to weather concerns for night 3.
