Is Piglet at DLR?

I've seen photos posted of Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore. I'm hoping he's with those guys, in Critter Country, maybe? This will be our first visit to DLR (cross-country) after 7 trips to WDW. Everything else can go perfectly; we could stay in Mickey's Penthouse, but if my 7-yo DD doesn't get to hug Piglet, the trip will have been a disaster!

Please tell me we have a chance of seeing him!

We spent a lot of time in Critter Country on our trip, and saw the Pooh characters several times. We never saw Piglet, though.

HOWEVER, several others have said they've seen and met him, so maybe he was just on vacation last September.

We have been to DLR many, many times over the last several years, and have seen Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore in Critter Country. We have yet to meet Piglet.

My suggestion would be to check with City Hall on your first day and see if they can tell you Piglet's schedule over the entire length of your stay. They should be able to tell you if/where you might find him.

Definitely check with City Hall. I have seen Piglet only once in the Pooh meet and greet area in Critter Country. I know Pooh and Tigger are frequently at the Minnie and Friends breakfast at the Plaza Inn and I want to say Piglet was there the last time we did that in June of 2006. I need to look up my pictures and see for sure. Piglet is definitely harder to find since they took away the Pooh and Friends breakfast (that used to be where the Minnie and Friends is now). Back then, it was like Crystal Palace at the MK and Piglet was always there. Good luck, you better prepare your 7 year old that Piglet can be a bit hard to find! Bummer I know.

Ask guest services if piglet will be out and around, what times and what areas. There always a help when trying to track down a favorite person or character.

We have been lucky enough to find Piglet a few times but only at the Pooh Meet and Greet area one time and at the Plaza Character Breakfast several times. My dd loves the pooh characters so we would have noticed in a big way if Piglet was ever anywhere else! I think once we also saw Piglet on a Parade float but he is one elusive character and even if you make reservations at the Plaza, it will still be just luck if you get to see him! Good luck!

Perhaps if Piglet can't be found while you're visiting DL, tell your daughter that he's af-af-afraid of big cowds. That would be so Piglet-like of him!

Oh, that's a great idea. At WDW we pretty much usually see him either at Crystal Palace or at the small Pooh character meeting area at Animal Kingdom. I think she would appreciate him being af-af-afraid. I will definitely file that little gem away! In the meantime, though, I'm hoping for some major piglet-ixie dust.
