I would like a "little taste" of Remy so this seems perfect. I learned about it before our last cruise on the fantasy in 2019, but it wasn't offered on that sailing. Does anyone know if it's been offered post-COVID?

"Petites Assiettes de Remy" is available to book as an on-board dining option? My understanding was it wasn't something that could be pre-booked - it was offered on the first night only if they didn't have many bookings for Remy. How many nights is it offered for your cruise?
