Is parking free for guests of DD Hilton?

I know guests of DD hilton are eligible for EE, but do they also park free at the parks? Trying to decide if I should rent a car or not. How is their transportation? We are going off season(Dec 4-9) I don't know what to exoect as far as transportation. TIA

Guests of DTD hotels have to pay for parking.

I have used their bus system before, but I have been hearing some negatives as of late regarding the bus system.
