Is one day enough for WWHP/Jurassic Park/Minions? Halloween day?

We are buying tix now for our trip next week. Is one two-park day enough of the above things are our priorities? Could we expect to do more than that? As of right now we are staying offsite.

What about Halloween day? Will the early closure limit what we can get done? Those above things are our priorities but we would love to squeeze in a little more.

Get there well before opening. Start at the park that doesn't have EE. You should be able to do everything but realize that the line for Minion Mayhem is probably going to be the longest line in both parks. If EE is at IOA, I would go straight to Minion Mayhem. If EE is at Universal, there is already going to be quite a wait when the park opens to the public.

If that is all you are going to do, then you'd have enough time. I also suggest doing Minions first as that line stays long all day long. Then go to Diagon Alley and do HP things there, ride the train to Hogsmeade, do the things there and then go to Jurassic Park.
