Is On Line Check In working?

I tried on my app and online and both say

(Online check-in service is not currently available). I called and the Disney Rep said I should be able to check in
 
It is for me.
Have you tried to log out and back in?

Can you even start? Just not save?
 
I noticed the app has a new version. Maybe try reloading that on the phone if AngiTN's advise doesn't work for the computer part.
 

I've done online check-in and everything saves - and shows when I go to look - but MDE (on computer) still says "Start Your Check-In". Hopefully just a glitchy website. (On app for some reason it keeps making me input my phone number.) I'll check again closer to arrival. Not a huge deal as I don't mind going to the desk - I'll need to get my birthday button anyway - but annoying and confusing.
 
I updated my app, I logged out and back in. I tried using Chrome, this is the message I get using the website version. I'm super frustrated.
I guess I will have to call and have them check me in. We will be landing late at night so I want our room info right on my app so I can just go right to bed when we get there

My sister just tried logging in on her phone and it's not letting her either. So it's not me, now I can stop messing with my phone haha

I will call them!
 
The app wasn't working to show our room charges even though it was the updated version. So we deleted the app completely and then loaded the new version. Everything works now. :)

Just did that, not working ugh! I give up haha. Hopefully it doesn't give me problems while there
 
I haven’t been able to do it for weeks. Computer with Firefox or safari. iPhone with Firefox, chrome, or Firefox Focus.

On my MDE app there isn’t even a button for it. And it’s the updated version.

I finally had my son download the app to his pixel, signed in, and whoa, a whole different app. I was able to do it there.

So...if you’re using apple/Mac, maybe switch to something else.

I have an Android and a Dell computer. Still won't work. It's obviously an issue in their end at this point
 
I talked to a Disney Rep. Even though all of my plans were showing for some reason my resort wasn't linked properly. He had it fixed in no time and I was able to check in!
