What is the weather like in Novemeber? Is that still hurricane season? Would love to hear from those that have cruised in November!

It's the end of hurricane season and usually quiet. That being said, there was a hurricane last November (2001) which made for rough seas and rainy weather for the beginning of the 7 night cruise. The four night cruise ended up in Charleston, SC for a night or two. So it does happen. The weather in the islands was great though - hot, sunny though there was a bit of rain in St. Thomas. Florida was cool and rainy when we left but warm and sunny when we returned.

Yes, Hurricane Season officially runs until November 30. The peak of activity is typically from mid-August to mid-October, although there were storms into the first couple days of December last year. Last year there was one Magic cruise that was diverted and one Wonder cruise that was diverted. It should be a good time to go, though.

I can only speak for our one experience. We cruised over Thanksgiving last year and the weather was DIVINE....not too hot, but warm enough to sunbathe and bask. The seas were not terribly rough.....it was great. I do think it's a little more "risky" as the week before a cruise was diverted due to hurricane activity.
I would do it again, but would avoid the parks during the Thanksgiving holiday...it was a madhouse!
