This may very well be our last stint with the meal plan...we've really enjoyed the overindulgence to date. Because we're likely to miss our Sunday eve dinner due to the Red Sox/Yankee game, we will end up with an extra table service credit. Our choices are either grab a TS lunch on day of departure or enjoy a 2 TS meal (which we've never done). I booked a late dinner at Narcoosee's one evening...and am wondering, is it worth it? :3dglasses

We have been there before and it was very good. I believe I got steak.
The place can be loud since it has wood floors if I remember correctly.
If you time it right you can watch, Wishe and/or the Water Light Parade from the porch at the front of the restaurant.

They make a great Martini also.

LOVE Narcoossee's. The service is great, the restaurant is a little smaller (than most of the upper-end WDW eateries) so feels a little more "comfortable" to me. The whole Maine lobster is to die for, the salads are fabulous, service is always casual but solid. Love the Hawaiian sea salt they put on the butter served with the bread. I can't imagine not liking Narcoossee's, and I think that and CG are the best "values" in the 2TS range too.

I agree with the other two posters. We went in December 2005. I got the mussels for my appetizer and I can say without a doubt that this was the best thing I ever ate at WDW.

Dined at Narcoossee's a couple weeks ago, and it was fantastic as always. It is probably my favorite restaurant at WDW....Well except Beaches and Cream but thats not exactly an eggs to eggs comparison:)

We ate there last night for our 25th anniversary. I had the filet and it was very, very good. DH had the surf & turf (he asked for scallops instead of lobster). He said it was the best he'd ever had and worth every bit of 2 TS. Their signature dessert, Year of a Million Dreams almond cheesecake, something I'd normally never choose, was really delicious. The wait staff is great, they gave us champagne because it was our anniversary, and our menus were personalized. Finally, it's a great location. You can't miss by celebrating your anniversary or any special day at Narcoossee's.

Without a doubt, YES!

We ate there last night...we had the surf and turf, it was incredible. Also had the spiced shrimp appetizer which was phenomenal and the signature dessert too- the almond crusted cheesecake which may be one of the most incredible things I've ever tasted in my life.

Oh, and our dinner would have cost, all told, 380.00- (party of 4)

But we had free dining! Talk about your year of a million dreams, my dad and husband haven't stopped talking about it yet LOL

Use those 2 service credits without trepidation- Narcoosees is amazing.
