Is Minnie's Holiday Dine at both lunch and dinner?

I really would like to see the characters in their holiday finery.
The price is the same for both lunch and dinner.
I thought I read the little kid characters are breakfast only now.
But I don't think I have seen if the Fab Five are lunch and dinner.
They used to be dinner only.
I have not been able to get a dinner res, but can get a lunch res, but my sole purpose is to see them in holiday costume.
Anyone dining there now at lunch and seeing them in their Halloween costumes?
That is something I would like to do, also. Another trip.
