Is Member Services open on Martin Luther King Day?

People are posting that they are closed Monday.

I called the Member Services phone number this afternoon and there's nothing on the recording about being closed tomorrow. I guess I'll just have to call and see!

Yesterday when I called, I was told they are closed on Monday for the Martin Luther King Holiday.

I was told when I called on Saturday that MS is closed on Sunday (as usual) and Monday ( for MLK holiday).

I called this morning to finish up my BW view ressie and the message said, "Closed for the New Year holiday. We will be open Tuesday, January 2." How hard is it to make an up to date recording?

I just called a couple of minutes ago and the recording indicated they were closed today.
