Is MDE down?

I can get into WDW website, but when I click on MDE, it goes blank screen, and in a little bit reverts to sign in screen. I have done this multiple times today,
Trying to post my reservations on MDE, but I just can't get in.
Anyone else? Any suggestions? I use a laptop.
