is Marakesh WDW restaurant?

I believe its the only EpCot restaurant that gives 20% DVC discount?
just switched my Sun Rose & Crown w/my Thurs Marakesh
Now I can get 10% AP R&C and 20% DVC Marakesh discounts

I mean is it like the Swan, Dolphin and Rainforest as they are on WDW property but owned by someone else?

just wondering why Marakesh is giving a DVC discount but not the other restaurants?

I thought I remember someone telling me that Marrakkesh is not a WDW owned restaurant. Though, I could be remembering wrong.
