Is L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante on 2007 DDP?

I was really hoping to dine at Alfredo's in May 2007, but only if we can use credits with the dining plan. The official Disney brochure does not list this restaurant as being on the 2007 dining plan. However, many other unofficial sites do list it. Also, I have heard people calling Disney Dining directly and asking if Alfredo's is on the 2007 dining plan and were all told without hesitation, yes! I guess I am just confused that it is not listed on the 2007 dining plan brochure. Could that brochure have error or not be accurate?

Has anybody here inquired with Disney about Alfredo's being on the 2007 DDP or already made reservations for 2007?

The 2007 brochure that is available online provides a preliminary list of restaurants that will be participating -- actually, it only lists the Disney-owned restaurants that are participating. I'd expect a revised brochure to be made available, including both Disney-owned and independent participating restaurants, before the end of the year.

As far as we've heard, none of the currenty-participating restaurants have elected to opt-out for 2007.

We booked our ADR for Feb 2007 for Alfredos and they told us they were participating in the DDP. They said when the brochures went out that some of the restaurants at Epcot hadnt completed the contracts in time so they were not listed on the brochure. CM at Disney Dining assured us Alfredos does accept the DDP

Have fun!!

Thank you both so much for your responses! I'll be making my ADRs tomorrow!

The official brochure for the 2007 DDP on the Disney website has been revised, and now includes this restaurant as well as all the others in Epcot that were on in 2006!

Thanks for the update Soleil.

We're booked there tonight under the DDP, so I'd say that's a "Yes". I'll update later and let you know how it was.

you should try the other 2 restaurants also and for lunch go to seasons in the Land (where Soran is) for the 3 of us it was about $55.00 for counter lunch and Alfrados was $175 for dinner all included in the meal plan . Don"t use your counter service for Breakfast use them for lunch , lunch is always more expensive . Again, surf allears.net for the lunch and dinner menus .we are experts at using the meal plan to its fullest value . we are going to be there on Tuesday , contact us with any questions , Ron
