Is Le Théâtre du Château a good place to sit and watch the parade?

I have read that you can sit and watch the parade from the benches around Le Théâtre du Château. Is this true? Has anybody done that or seen it? I can't seem to find any pictures.

yes you can sit there for the parade - but if you stay seated you won't see much as you will have people standing in front of you at the rope.

Also about half the benches are in the roped off disabled viewing area.

Okay thank you . Might have to be standing then. How early should we find space before the parade starts?

it depends where you want to stand - i prefer to be at the quiet end (fantasyland) where the parade usually starts. I get my spot about 15 minutes before the parade is due to start, theres usually tonnes of room ropeside up there.
