Is it/will it be possible to avoid Star Wars

I'm a little confused about how much Star Wars characters are actually in the parks and hope someone can help me.
My dd is terrified of all Star Wars characters, terrified as in she fainted when she met one last, followed by regular nightmares. (I know it's irrational but thats not really the point here).
So my question is, are Star Wars characters easy to avoid at the moment in the Parks? Are they included in any parades?
Do you think they will be more contained/easier to avoid once Star Wars has its own area?

There's virtually nothing Star Wars oriented outside of Hollywood Studios except perhaps a bit of merchandise in some shops. The only parades are in Magic Kingdom and I can't see them incorporating Star Wars into Festival of Fantasy or MSEP anytime soon.

The only SW characters are the roaming Stormtroopers near Launch Bay, and Chewbacca and Darth Vader (soon to be Kylo Ren) inside their respective M&G areas. (Edit: Oh, and the ones who come on stage during Jedi Training near Star Tours.)

You can also see SW characters during Jedi Trading, it's an outdoor show next to Star Tours at DHS, maybe avoid that area as the shows are about every 45 minutes.

There are also some characters (mostly storm troopers) in the plaza outside the Launch Bay which is also close to Playhouse Disney and Ariel.

All SW characters or just certain ones? I feel her pain. As a child I was terrified of anything having to do with Snow White, because of a terrible traumatic incident at a live stage show in New York City with the witch. It was so bad that anytime I would even see snow white merchandise I would run away crying for fear of seeing the witch somewhere on the package. And now as a nearly 40 year old woman I still sometimes get mild panic attacks if I see just the witch.

Star wars half marathon might bring in many runners who will be in their star wars inspired clothing plus other things that might be taking place outside the norm if your going near april 14-17. (runners generally arrive and stay the week before and leave just after the marathon)

It's worthy of consideration , in this case, that the Storm Troopers walk in the open area where Minnie also has a M&G by Playhouse Jr. ...Just incase that is important.

As others have mentioned, Hollywood Studios is really the only place that Star Wars has a presence, and right now it is fairly confined to the specific areas. In the future though when Star Was Land is built that might change, obviously. If you were to avoid HS altogether you likely wouldn't know Star Wars was even at Disney, aside from the merchandise in stores.
