Is it weird this case was not sold at Telus but was available on their website?

Last July I got a BlackBerry Tour 9630 from Bell just after it was released across Canada, however a few months ago it was discounted and along with that Bell stopped selling all the accessories that were available for it. Anyway there is a specific pocket pouch made for my BlackBerry that I want to purchase to replace the current case I am using, so I tried the Telus store at Farview Mall today because they are still selling my BlackBerry. However I was told they stopped selling it and it wasn't available at Best Buy Mobile or any other stores that sold cell phones. So when I got home I was going to order it off the official BlackBerry store, however since they use Fedex the shipping was $15.00 and was to expensive. After that I looked on Ebay and was able to buy it from a seller for $9.99 and with shipping it's total came out to be $11.99 which is a very good deal. After I got it off Ebay just for fun I looked on the Telus website and it was stold on there, although it was still cheaper on Ebay. Now that got me wondering why would the Telus website have it for sale, but the store wouldn't be selling it?

Seriously?

Products are often sold on a companies website, but not in their store. If they don't sell enough of a given product, it may not be worthwhile for them to stock all their stores with it (and stocking one Telus store, but not others creates issues).
