Is it us or are all of the resorts for the 1st 2 weeks of December

Great!! I will put out a crowd report when I get back on 11/8. (Or 11/9...I may have some catching up to do at work on the 8th!!) Early December should be very similar.

WDW, here we come!!:teeth:

We have been the first week of December 3 times, the last being 2002.

Magic Kingdom always seems crowded, especially Fantasyland. I suggest Early Magic hour or going to the park that had Early hour the day before, right at opening. Use fastpass and relax!

The rest of the parks were not so bad at all. Epcot seems the least crowded because it's so spread out. Use fastpass here too and you'll be all set.

We're going again December 2-11. We are prepared for the crowds, but are hoping they don't have much impact on us. :)

So your saying that MK will always seemed crowded during this time? Will also remember that the Sat and Sunday (and possibly that Friday) they are doing the filming for the parade for Christmas morning.

The crowds surely at this time of year can not compare to the week of Easter. We should all be fine, I hope:rolleyes:

We have always had a positive experience in early December (although sometimes very COLD -- LOL). The only time things get really crowded was on Saturday at the MK because the park was open until 10 pm and Spectro was on for the night.

That's fine if Saturday is because that is the day we arrive. I just hope that during the week like lets say on MMVMCP days it will not be.

We were there in 2003 from Dec 5-12. It took me a month to get an AP rate at the Wilderness Lodge. The parks were very light. Don't worry about the crowds. It should be fine!!!:)

My SIL will be there the week of the 5th b/c of POP Warner Football. From what I hear, the parks aren't affected that much from the POP Warner group.

I'm not too worried about the crowds and hey, if it is crowded, we'll just go with the flow!!

I'm just excited to see Disney decorated for the holidays!!

Everyone enjoy and I hope to see you all down there!

:teeth: :wave2:

All you folks have to remember that participants in POP Warner, Conventions, Etc. are spending most of the day at the Resorts doing their thing. I think the parks will be fairly light most of the day but then get a little busy in the evening.

Nice work. Thanks for the uplifting words. Last time we went (April) we were on our Disneymoon and with the awww of getting married and woohoo and wow:earseek: of seeing Disney World. I did a lot of video and dw did pictures. Needless to say I think I was trying to film everything because I didn't know when we would be back and not really enjoying it. Well this time we will enjoy. I hope the weather is cold and the parades are jamming. There is just something about cold weather, hot coco, and Christmas decorations (and now mixed in with Disney) that some how puts you in the Christmas mood.

I recieved that email from our person and she stated that for some reason Dec 3 and 4th are booked up and she did comment that it must have something to do with pop warner. With their new system, they can no longer check out the availabilty of all the resorts.

I totally agree, this will be our fourth early December trip and have experienced the same thing...gridlock in Fantasyland but not bad elsewhere.
