Good Evening everyone! Our garage sale went really well. I love getting things cleaned out and repurposed to someone new. My DH gave me a big box all wrapped up super pretty for our anniversary yesterday. It was tickets for us to see Lion King at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas I am excited!

It is the only way to taste pretty much every thing on their menu. The food is amazing! Franandaj, you are getting close to your trip. I am excited for you.

What an awesome gift! That's a fantastic show! Will you stay at the MB hotel too? You reminded me that I must make my Christmas reservations. We're doing a Vegas Christmas!

I agree, that was the only drawback. But they brought multiple options of each course which was great.

It also got me to try things that I might not have ordered otherwise.

Everything I have eaten at Jiko has been wonderful, I am sure if you did not like it they would change it out with something else.

I love that place, it is one of my favorites...

I don't have much of a problem not liking things. More the opposite! Which is why I've begun to resemble Winnie the Pooh!

That is the difference between someone in Mass and RI. A RI'er would not drive more than 1/2 hr to eat somewhere

And Southern Californians have to drive at least half an hour to get anywhere and we don't even leave the county!

Right now we are set for October 5-14, 2012. Not sure if I am going to put up a ticker yet, or not!

...most folks that like WL will also love AKL....that's because AKL is basically the 'baby brother' of WL...they have the same architect/designer team.

I'm sure I'll get to WL to stay one of these days since I must visit all the DVC properties. Maybe I'll plan on a split stay so I can still get my AKL magic

We're doing a Vegas Christmas!

We're thinking 2013 for Hawaii! Yesterday I said that we need to plan a non DVC vacation for 2012, we've got 2 DL & 2 WDW stays so now we need something non Disney!

But now Hawaii can be Disney also....

David and I are trying to come up with something to do for Thanksgiving or Christmas....

We already have the cruise in Feb.

Grand Californian is beautiful! I went to Disneyland for the first time in April on a TA tour. They put us up in Paradise Pier but we got to tour GC and the Disneyland Hotel. I wish they would've put us up in one of those!! I can't really complain though

That will be a half and half vacation. I want to go to the big island first, stay at the Volcano House for one night and in Kona for the rest. Then go to Aulani and relax at the resort. We'll do that in the spring and then go to WDW for F&W in the Fall, but this is all 2013!

We visit my folks at Thanksgiving and they visit my sister for Christmas, so that's why we're going to Vegas. Why not go to Atlantic city for one? It's closer to you than Vegas.

Oh, I have gotten caught before! Now I either have to quickly change the screen before they get close enough to see that I'm not working, or sometimes I just leave it up and hope maybe they won't notice
