I half expected that this thread would be closed by the time I get back online. I am glad that it is not. I had recruitment and selection training for the last three days. Now I know all about interviewing people, but I was totally exhausted every night as the training was so intense.

But be realistic Elin -- you know none of those other students can possibly be as good as yours are. Look at the AWESOME teacher your students have!
