B/c I'm craving a Thanksgiving leftover turkey sandwich and have no idea how to replicate that in September.

my grocery store carries a new brand of turkey that tastes just like leftover t-day turkey. It makes the best sandwhiches.

Get a Turkey breast at the grocery store. Thaw and toss in the crock pot.

You could bake/ roast a turkey breat. Or just go ahead and make a whole turkey. I usually cook at least one a year at a time other then Thanksgiving.
