Is it supposed to be like this?

Hello! I recently purchased this pin off of eBay Germany Propin Baby Mickey Playing with his Car and when it arrived, I noticed that the actual pin doesn't stick straight out like the other ones I have do. It goes up and kind of to the side. Since this is the only propin I have and I'm not very familiar with these types of pins, I was hoping one of you more knowledgable people on this board could tell me if this is normal or not. The seller mentioned nothing about the back being twisted in another direction or anything so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if it isn't supposed to be like this, is there a way I can straighten it out?

I have had pin posts bend. Usually if they are not so well packed this can happen. Try pushing it back into position but gently. I have a small pair of pliers that i use.

Hello! Unfortunately, the pin post was very twisted before I tried to fix it so when I attempted to untwist it, it broke. What should I do now? Is there a way I can replace it? Should I just buy another one?

Often you can buy new posts in craft shops. Try dizpins com they have a page that describes how to replace posts.
