Is it stupid to go to Crystal Palace for Breakfast AND Dinner?

So I've been wanting to try Crystal Palace. Only problem is I originally wanted to try their dinner because I heard they have quite a few offerings that are Vegan, as I am.

So, lately everyone has been telling me that I should go for breakfast early because you can get into the park before rope drop and there are not many people there and it is great for photo ops.

:confused3 Does it seem stupid to go twice in the same day for Breakfast AND Dinner???

We are only doing 1 day at MK so if we went twice it would have to be on the same day.

Opinions???????

Sounds like a good day to me! I probably lack the necessary discipline, and would likely gain at least 5lbs in one day. I do like the food at breakfast and dinner there.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Of course I can't get enough of Pooh and the gang. Besides if someplace is vegan friendly I say make the most of it.

great breakfast there, and it is wonderful to be in the park before it opens.

Dinner is good, too, and I think you will find a lot of vegan foods.

I say go for it.

Stupid? No. But I wouldn't want to go to the same restaurant twice on the same day.

I've eaten Breakfast and Dinner, but at different times. I don't see a problem with going twice in one day though.

Not if you like the menu and you want to eat there twice. But I'd do the breakfast because I want the food, not just to get into the park early. You won't be able to go anywhere in the park besides Main Street (not sure if that's enough for you) and you won't be there very long.

I can't speak from experience, but I will tell you that I've booked Tusker House for both breakfast and lunch for our only AK day. The comments/reviews for both breakfast and lunch appealed to me so I figured, why not?

Have a great trip!

I agree. Much as I love CP and all the food offerings there - enough to dine there more than once each trip - I only do ONE early breakfast so I can get my photos for the trip. And if a few photos are not a big deal to you then rather go with the time/place you want to eat.

Now to answer the original question we are doing breakfast and lunch there in October and because it is what I want to do, I consider it a good decision. :goodvibes With dietary exclusions when you find a place that accommodates you better than most, go for it. If that means twice in a day, so be it. Enjoy your meal! :)

I would find it a bit difficult to eat at the same restaurant in the same day, but if you don't mind doing it, then that's all that matters. Last year we ate at both CP for breakfast & dinner (on different days). CP breakfast is our favorite breakfast in WDW - it's a "must do" for us - love the puffed french toast :worship: We found CP dinner to be rather sub-par - we've found that we don't really care for dinner buffets at WDW. We will definitely stick to CP breakfast only from now on.

Thanks! That helps a lot. I also think the same characters may be an overload for the day since we are definately going to do breakfast there.

I agree. I liked the CP breakfast best, followed by lunch, with dinner being my least favorite.

This upcoming trip I have ADR's for CP breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm cancelling the lunch (but have alwas gone lunchtime). It will be our first CP breakfast but I wanted to try and get in the parks early.
