I don't think he did anything wrong either. The problem isn't the people selling them, it's the people buying them. If there were no demand, they wouldn't do it. Then again, I don't think Disney is awful for not putting stricter limits on them. It's just the way it is. Really, even with stricter limits those who re-sell would find a way to get them. The only solution was to produce more and for whatever reason- they didn't. I don't believe it was to create false demand that they could not satisfy. My overriding thought on this is- it's just a popcorn bucket. Maybe that was theirs too.
