Is it possible ..... WISHES Cruise???

For those of you who have done the Wishes Cruise, how long did it take to finish up with the Cruise festivities after the Fireworks ended. I'm sure I already know the answer to this, but is it possible to get to MK in time to see Spectro if there is a parade following the fireworks?

I have not done the cruise yet, but will be doing it in two weeks. Usually fireworks are the finale to the evening, meaning that the parade would be before the fireworks. Maybe someone knows if it is possible to catch the parade at the front of Main Street, then hustle over to Wilderness Lodge to catch the Wishes cruise????
