Is it possible to watch World Of Color from the Lamplight lounge patio?

I'm not 100% sure since we were already seated on the patio. But I did see a few empty tables (one group got up and left just a few minutes before the show started), so they might not mind if you found a seat at an empty table. They just asked that we remained seated and didn't walk around during the show since servers were still moving around, delivering checks and clearing tables, etc.

Thanks. Hopefully I can get a patio table right when we check in.

We went in December. At 7:30 pm, we asked to sit on the deck that jetted out, but were told there were no seats available. We were seated about 1/2 way into the restaurant. There were many people seated beyond us who were basically watching O2H. We were told that we could move to an empty table if one opened closer to the show but, of course, nothing opened.

This was our view of the show. We could somewhat see a blurry image on one water screen but couldn't see the other two.

Trying to make every minute count but really struggling with the cost of this and the small plate of desserts. Being a WDW Vet we are used to a dessert buffet. DS really wants to see WOC (myself don't really care about it) and I'm not sure the cost of this is justified. Is it really impossible to watch this show without spending big bucks or hours to get a spot? Can you view from any other area of park, yes I understand view not optimal.

Did you already take your trip?

We did the dessert party last night, went on some rides, then watched the second show from the bridge...
