Is it possible to book Mears from WDW to Universal through their website or email?

When I go to the Mears website, it says that "after I reserve an airport to hotel" booking, I can then book a hotel to Universal route. I don't need the airport to hotel route as we're using Magical Express. But I do want to book the Mears bus (or perhaps a towncar depending on the rates) to take DD & I from ASMu to Universal.

Can anyone give me advice on doing this? I'm trying to avoid the long distance charge (we're up in Canada), so either an 800 number or an email address would be great.

Thanks!

When you want to go, call 24 hr in advance to 407-423-5566 and make your reservation. It may be a bus or a 11 seat van that transports you. You will pay the driver $14 perperson rt, kids 3 and under are free.

I don't believe you can book in advance, like you're thinking. When I looked into it to go to/from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove for my trip in July 04, they said to do it once I arrived. I ended up booking with Sunray Transportation as I needed EARLY morning transfers as my nephew and I were doing behind the scenes animal programs.

Cheers!

It seems a lot easier just to go out to the bell stand and have them call a taxi...

The last time I stayed at an All Star resort they had a phone in the lobby directly linked to Mears. I just walked over, picked it up and was connected to Mears. I called the day before we wanted to go to Sea World. They gave me a list of available times to be picked up and I told them which time we wanted. The next morning, we went right outside the lobby and they were there on time. We did have another stop or two, so I was glad we chose the 8ish pick up. We arrived at Sea World before it opened. We paid the driver $12 pp for roundtrip service. The driver will give you a business card with a toll free number. You call a couple hours before you want to be picked up.

I think the price has gone up since we used them, but not by much. Since it's just the two of you, it's cheaper than taking a cab or towncar.

It was a simple and effective process. I would definitely use them again for this purpose.

Good luck! :)
