Is it just me or is the 6 month wait going sloooowly...

The last time I took a trip was back in 2000 and there was a 60 or 90 day ADR policy (I forget). To me, making the ADRS was like the kickoff to the final countdown to WDW! I made my 180 day ADRs two weeks ago and it feels like my trip is SOOOOO far away. The next 5.5 months is going to kill me! It seems kind of ridiculous to make reservations for a trip that is siz months away. Anyone else feel this way?

The wait does seem rough. However, if you don't make 'em now, you'll be missing out!

It will go faster than you think. It seems like just yesterday that I made my 180 day ADR's and now I only have 35 days till we leave! WOO HOO!

Hang in there, I know it seems like a long time away, but you don't want it to be over quickly. Enjoy some of the anticipation!

It does seem like it is going to take forever.

We have everything done, plane tickets, hotel, tickets, MVMCP tickets, ADRs set, children's cruise booked. 1/2 of the fun was the planning, now that the planning is all done and taken care of, all that is left is the wait.

I agree. You have longer to wait than we do and it seems like that ticker doesn't change!

I know why people make more than one ADR per day (I didn't say I agree with it) because who knows what they are going to want to eat six month in advance! The waiting is really hard! But as MIL reminded us, it will mean summer is over.

Our trip will be over before we know it but still I can hardly wait

same here... i made my ADRs and now i'm dying... the only thing i have left to do is make my ADR for the lunch with an imagineer.

It will fly by... I remember just making those reservations and here it is we leave next week and still so much to do!!! The last 2 months really fly by.
