Is it just me or do staff actually NOT care about us?

Whenever I send in a message/read a message from other people it ALWAYS starts with "Hi there!" and looks like it is just a message that they say to everyone to save them time. I would like to see more responce, and if they are going to use a computer program to re-send the same message to people then can they at LEAST say Dear _______? It sounds more personal.

There are about 3,000 players in vmk. There are not 3,000 vmk staff members. Imagine how fast one would have to type to personalize each letter sent.
