Is it good to avoid US/IOA on Haunted Nights Party Nights?

We are looking for lowest crowds possible for our two days (1 at US and 1 at IOA). Would you avoid both parks on nights that have the haunted halloween parties? Or during the day are those parks pretty slow? We will be arriving at rope drop and staying until mid-afternoon regardless of when we go. This is for the end of September..

I sure wish there was a crowd calendar like there is with Disney!!!

You'll be fine. The parks are not that crowded at the end of Sept.

You'll be OK! Parks have very low crowds in September and I have been there for opening weekends of Halloween Horror Nights and this does not affect crowds. The park will close at 5 but since you are staying until midafternoon, you'll be fine!

HHN is staged in the Studios and IOA is unaffected by those crowds. You will be fine though since the crowds are pretty light during the day...except for WWoHP.

You can use the pricing chart for Express Plus passes as a guide to determine how heavy the anticipated crowds are predicted to be. The heavy the crowd...the more expensive the EP is.
