Is it free to park for 2 hours?

I'd like to just have dinner one night at Citiwalk, is there free or validated parking in the evening if you stay for around 2 hours?

Parking is free for 1 hour or less. Parking is $12 during the day, $3 after 6:00pm, free after 9:00pm.

Sounds like you will be paying $3.00, which could be worse.
