Is it ever really too early to talk about the most wonderful time of year? 🎃🎃🎃

Same, we have our hotel booked for September. We will be there Sunday through Friday with one universal studios day, so hopefully we will have a couple opportunities to try to grab tickets for OBB. My husband I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, which is actually Halloween (we had a NBC wedding) but we chose to go in September due to advice of people on this board about how crowded it can be in October.

I've been reading all the information about the party last year and looking at the food and the decor and getting really excited. I actually had tickets for 21 but had to cancel that trip due to my mom's illness. Hopefully I am able to snag tickets for this year.

Oh my Gosh! We are wedding twins! We were married on Halloween at the Disneyland hotel in 2010. Ours was a sort of New Orleans style wedding wth a Star Wars twist 😅😅😅.

Well, that sounds amazing! I remember when I called to tell my mother that I was engaged. The first thing she said was " you're not getting married on Halloween!". I merrily said "Yes, I am! Now goodbye. I have to call Dad and tell him!" and hung up before she could say anything else. Ha! She ended up loving her wedding though even it wasn't what she had imagined.

I will be there for two park days in September at the end of our Hawaii trip, and I am thrilled it will line up with OBB. We will just get one Disneyland ticket and the OBB ticket to save money. I was there during Halloween in 2021 but buying OBB tickets didn't make sense cost-wise as I had a longer trip, but it should work out for me this year.

We’ve been thinking about Halloween for weeks (we do a big yard display). Love my Halloween peeps!!! I have never been to DL at Halloweentime. I’m thinking of a quick trip down for OBB, but it is hard for my HS kids to miss school.

And to the Christmas fans- love it (& you!) too, but this thread is for the spooks!

June-ish is when tickets go on sale, right?

Yes. I just looked back in my email and we bought our tickets on June 30th last year. I think it was open for key holders a day or two before that, but that was basically the first day to buy OBB tix last year for the general public. Word of advice would be to have more than one potential date in mind - some days sell out quick and I had to make a rash/executive decision to pick a 2nd choice date because 1st choice got sold out right before my time in queue arrived. Thankfully it worked out and we did OBB for the first time last year. Loved it! Best part of the whole week and would go again in a heartbeat.

Did they announce OBB dates already??? I’m going to get tickets this year!

This is exactly why I haven't committed to flights or hotels yet. I know what I WANT my dates to be, but it all depends on what party I can get. I can't wait until tickets are out and then I can start planning for Halloween Time in earnest! 🎃

Y'all! I'm loving this! Full disclosure... I put pumpkin spice in my coffee this morning. anyone have any ideas on costumes this year? I know it's early, but, who cares! lol

It's never too early to talk about Halloween!

In fact, if people want to do September/October I would lock in hotels ASAP. We were checking on the Desert Inn and they are pretty much sold out through most of September an October. We have a reservation for the DLH but still debating if we want to do that or do across the street. We also have New Year's Eve planned so trying to balance it all out.

Just waiting on OBB tickets. We have two nights we want to do and I'm getting my aunt's tickets. No pressure!!! lol
