Is it easy to get from WDW to Hilton Hotel, to pick up rental car at AVIS?

Take the Downtown Disney bus to the Marketplace stop. Cross at the lights. Hilton is across the street. Avis counter on the left side once thru the front doors.

How would I get there?

The Hilton Hotel is in WDW. I assume you are asking about how to get there from your Disney Resort. You've got two options; take the bus to DTD and walk across the street, or call them and ask if they can send a courtesy shuttle to pick you up.
