DD2 has been to WDW twice, and has dressed up for many character meals in costume. She loves all things Disney, and has now taken an interest in dolls. I bought her a Disney World doll off ebay (used, but she won't know/won't care) and a bunch of princess outfits (for the doll
). I was thinking of giving her the doll and the outfits for her third birthday on 9/30, to bring with us for our trip on 10/7. That way, both she and her doll will be dressed as princesses and Minnie for our character meals. I hope this won't be too dorky, and too cumbersome carrying the doll around the parks. I was just hoping to find some toys or something to keep DD occupied on the plane and on the ride lines, and I'm thinking the doll may help. Also, it'll make for great pictures. I have read here how so many little girls love the WDW Tea Party and carry the doll they get there throughout the entire trip, so I'm skipping the party and going straight for the doll. Is this a bad idea???
