My family wants to take a trip to AKL the last week of January 2007 and Im the one booking it. Im not sure though if I should book it as room-only and then buy the tickets seperate or just get the package. Generally what are the discounts that are associated with that time of year? Any help on this is greatly appreciated! :thumbsup2

We will be going to WDW in January too, but we are staying at WL this trip. If you haven't been to AKL before, I just wanted to comment what a great resort it is! It is one of our families favorites.

I would suggest booking a room only reservation, and holding off on purchasing any tickets at this point. The attraction of a room only reservation is that you only have to put down one night's deposit, and the cancellation clause is good. You can change your reservation to a package later, if desired.

As far as discounts go, WDW has historically had some kind of a discount for January. A link to historical discount information for 1/03 to present can be found in the link below. If they release some, we might not see codes for Jan/Feb until Oct or Nov.
