Is it best to waitlist day by day or for the length of stay?

I'm wondering if it is best to waitlist day by day or to wait for the entire week. I don't have enough points to secure a backup reservation (I know, maybe I should consider more) and don't like the thought of moving day to day. Do you have any advice? We are going in June and would like a BWV or BCV studio. We currently have a 1BR for part of the week at BWV and the studio at BCV we were looking for. Any wisdom much appreciated.

The regular waitlist will be successful only of you are at the top of the list AND all of your dates become available at one time. MS will not save dates as they become available - individual dates will be given to those on the daily/autoconfirm waitlist, even if they got on the waitlist after you did.

For the best chance of having your waitlist met, I'd use the daily/autoconfirm waitlist method (they will not call you to see if you still want the date), but there is a chance you could end up with a day or two missing and would need to move.

I have always used the daialy/auto list and have always gotten all of my dates. It all depends on your comfort level ... and luck!
