Is it best to call or online for CRT in Feb?

Friends insist on taking the kids to CRT in MK-first trip ever to WDW. So 4 in the party.

180 days is approaching (Feb 24 week) and they wondered if going on line or calling is better? I assume they want a 5 or 6PM since Wishes is at 8PM-and they are staying at BLT. TIA.

Personally, I would start with the on-line system because it rolls over an hour earlier than the phone system does. The on-line system "rolls" at 6 am (EST) and the phone system open at 7 am (EST).

On-line. I've gone once and am going again in November and on-line never gave me any problems. Just make sure to do it around your 180 day window...asap is best.

I just booked CRT for the week before you are looking, which is MA school vacation and the week leading up to the Princess 1/2 Marathon...so traditionally a busy week. I had my pick of ressies for CRT. I did it online at my 178 day mark. Was too busy getting BOG on my 180 day :thumbsup2

Another vote for online- you get a 1 hour jump on the phones, plus you have a little more control over picking time slots in a speedy manner.

Thanks so much everyone. I will pass this info on to them. Much appreciated.

Online worked great, they did go on right at 180 days early am though, so not sure how necessary that was.

They got Chef M lunch, Be our guest dinner and then CRT breakfast the next day.

Thanks again.
