Is it a long walk from the limo drop off area

I know I've seen this before on this board, but cannot find it. We are taking a limo from the Orlando Airport Hyatt to Port Canaveral and trying to decide whether we should pay for baggage only transfers from the Hyatt to PC so that we can travel to the Port without our big bags. Where is the limo drop off at PC? Is it a far walk to the terminal? If so, then we will probably pay for the bag transfers rather than hauling all of our bags (and children) a long way once we get off the limo. If it is close, however, we would be willing to put the bags in the limo and transport them to the terminal ourselves once we arrive in order to save some money. Also, are there porters to help with the bags at the limo drop off area?

Does anyone have any recent experience or information on this? Thanks.

We just got back from the 12/4/04 Magic & the new drop off location is right in front of the terminal. We drove our own car but I did see porters going to that area to help people.

When we were dropped off in our limo...this past Sept. it was right at the front door of the terminal...and the porters were right there...we didn't move a bag anywhere let alone even touch a bag once we arrived at the DCL terminal.

We just did this. Limo drop off is out on the street in front of Terminal. Porters were readily available. In fact, they check your bags right on the spot. It was very easy.

Yes, we also had a limo trip to our first Disney cruise, and we were dropped at the terminal entrance. Porters took our bags immediately, and we felt like Royalty!Nat :Pinkbounc

Also, even if you go to the parking lot, there is a tent there for all luggage drop off too. They will take the bags there and it is not a far walk to the terminal, if for some reason you were dropped there. No baggage lugging required.
