Is House of Blues on the DDP?

I just checked the Disney Dining Plan brochure and it looks like House of Blues isn't included. Can anyone tell me if I am just missing it or is it not on the DDP? Thanks in advance.

From the last brochures I have read HOB has never been on the plan. For 07 almost all of epcot and downtown disney except for capn jacks is not on the plan. They are still pending on whether they will participate in the plan this year.
