Is hot chocolate included with the resort refillable mug?

Going in December and it might be nice to have some hot chocolate. Is this included with the mug?

My kids drank so much hot chocolate they would compare which machine had the best lol At CBR they had packets and they liked that even better.

YES, but when we had it in 2015 it was very watery.

When we stayed at Kidani a couple of years ago, they had packets of hot chocolate sitting by the hot water in the gift shop.

Just back from a stay at Saratoga Springs Resort. They had a machine by the Paddock Grill, but packets by the machine in Artists Palette.

When we had hot chocolate a few years ago at POFQ, it was delicious. I always added extra cream to mine.
