Is Free Dining in effect for late August/early Sept?

We are planning on AUg 26 - Sept 2. Is the free dining program in effect for that time?

Not to the general public yet. Some people have gotten free dining pins but that's it.

Some of us got free dining via a Bounce Back program when we were there last Sept and some people have gotten free dining PIN offers recently. Free dining is generally offered to Disney VISA card holders sometime in April and then is released to the general public a few days later. No announcement has been made for this year yet.

I think over the past few years of free dining.... around April 1, info was released. So check back in March and certainly in April for 2009 info.

FYI... past few years a couple weeks prior to public offering of free dining.... the package was offered to Disney Credit Card holders.

Also... you could book the room you want now with a deposit, and *add* free dining once it becomes available. Many people do this.

I expect free dining to be offered again beginning Aug 16th, so your dates should qualify.
