is free dining going on now?

My DH and I are getting our APs tomorrow and headed to the world next weekend. I was wondering if there is currently free dining going on to gauge how busy all the dining will be. Thank you.

I want to say that Free Dining starts on the 18th but I could be totally wrong.

Starts on Friday the 19th and goes through October ___ I just don't know when it stops.

We were there last week with free dining through a code. We changed a couple of ressies while we were there and booked Crystal Palace for first thing in the morning so maybe things aren't too busy/ full.
