Is FOTL good for special events like HHN?

My son wants to go to HHN. I am trying to decide if we should stay at HRH or not. Trying to save $$ so unless I get FOTL I probably will use my timeshare.

In the past, FOTL has not been available for HHN. This could change, of course, but I doubt it will. For such a highly attended event, I think it would cause a lot of confusion among staff and guests to add FOTL.

When I went on a Saturday last year I didn't really need front of the line for any of the mazes. However, this is because I chose to stay in the park in between daytime and HHN hours. They close the park at 5:30 PM and then reopen at 7:30 PM. They let guests with HHN tickets stay in the park during this downtime though to relax and get something to eat.

What was great was that they opened alot of the mazes around 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM so I just kept jumping from maze to maze and got in all the mazes by 8 PM. That's when the regular guests started getting admitted into the park. Lines started building up by 9PM, but I just used the rest of the day for shows and rides. The longest line I was in all night was Jaws and MIB because I went on around 10PM. Jaws took about an hour and MIB took about 1.5 hours.

Be sure to get the haunted rides (Jaws , King Kong, Earthquake) and MIB early because you are bound to have a long line later in the night.

Just get in as much as you can early in the night. You can't get everything done in the early hours, but at least you will cut down on the amount of lines you will be standing in for the rest of the night.

Front of the Line Access will NOT be available for the haunted mazes/houses on-site hotel guests for Halloween Horror Nights. In addition, on-site hotel guests will NOT get priority seating for the stage shows (i.e. Bill & Ted) during Halloween Horror Nights. There will also be NO Express entrance or queue for the mazes.

On-Site guests will still receive Front of the Line access during Halloween Horror Nights for the regular attractions (Jaws, MIB, etc).

CoasterFEV,

Has anything else been leaked out about this year's HHN?? Can we expect big changes, similar to what we got in 2000? Last years event was the best it's been in a long time, hopefully this year will be even better.
